Boje Lila – which means the colour purple – is an apt descriptor of this dark and delicious Prokupac, a native Serbian variety from the winery’s 4,7-hectare, legacy Gubovac Hill vineyards in Župa. It’s medium-bodied with notes of black cherry, raspberry, sweet mint spice, and toasty oak – combined with a textured palate and long, luxurious finish – an ideal match for roasted meats and spicy dishes.
