Dvanajščak-Kozol – also known as simply DK – is has been making wine since the 1990s, with their vineyards founded in 1990 and the winery in 1996. Viktor Dvanajščak and his father Zdravko work together in the cellar, while his mother Rajka Dvanajščak manages the Wine House and daughter Tea hosts guests in the tasting room and oversees wine sales. Located in the cooler-climate Međimurje hills of the Croatian Uplands, DK focuses on whites like Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pušipel (Furmint), Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Traminer (Gewürztraminer), as well as Pinot Noir.
