A beautiful, pure golden yellow color. At first it is a bit closed, it starts to open half an hour after opening the bottle. It reminds us of ripe pears, herbs, chamomile, and the inevitable animal skin characteristic of juhfark. It has a character reminiscent of a bit of crushed stone, which gives the wine a distinctly fresh effect. It also has a pear flavor with an almost jam-like ripeness.

After careful manual harvest in end of September, gently press and natural fermentation in old 10 hl barrel. 4 months in 3 years old 500 and 300 Hungarian oak, and 4 months in airtight steel tank
