This is an intense red wine with purple tone. In the bouquet one discovers the red berry fruits like cranberry, raspberry and cherry with chocolate mark. Wine with good body. In the taste it is fruity, the big oak barrel complements the wine. It is an excellent companion for meals made from beef loin and sirloin.

Dark bright purple. Red fruits in the nose with some vanilla and pepper. On the palate black berries and cassis plus a hint of dark chocolate. Well integrated acidity and fine texture. Full bodied yet elegant wine with a very long aftertaste. Great potential for further development.
Goes great with: Roast or gilled red meats, duck and goose dishes, venison, red meat in rich sauces, hard cheeses, Christmas dinner.
