At first glance, even when sniffing, you can feel that we are dealing with a real "Fekete" furmint. Pears, quinces, peaches, a whole basket of fruit emerge from the glass. In addition to bright acids that belie its age, there are mineral and salty elements: a real food companion. This item is surprisingly friendly, quite easy to indulge, yet leaves a deep impression and lingers for a long time. Only 1400 bottles has borned.
Winemaking:
Careful manual harvesting, 4 hours of skin contact, gentle pressing and natural fermentation in 1000l Hungarian oak barrel. 10 months in 1000l used, oak barrel, then further airtight maturation in tank for 26 months.
