TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing an order you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. We reserve the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of the usage of the website, to alter the information displayed on the website (including the pricing and availability of the goods) at any time. The actual Terms and Conditions of the usage of the website will be available on the website at any time. By continuing to use the website and place orders you will be deemed to be accepting of any modifications.

We reserve the right to terminate your account in the case of violation of any of the terms and conditions.

 

AGE RESTRICTION

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to people under the age of 18 (UK Licensing Act 2003). You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Bottles and cases will only be delivered to persons aged over 18 years.

 

DELIVERY

We deliver to the UK Mainland (excluding the Highlands) using APC couriers.

Wherever possible, orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving an order, and we aim for your items to be delivered within 3-5 working days. Deliveries to more remote areas, or during peak periods, may take a little longer.

We request that you examine your goods on arrival.

Orders over £99 qualify for free delivery.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Customers wishing to cancel an order must do so within 24 hours of submitting an order. We cannot accept cancellations once items have been dispatched.

We can offer a refund in the event of a wine being faulty. In this instance, please retain the bottle and its contents and contact us on info@danubewines.co.uk. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.In the unfortunate event that your delivery is damaged in transit, please write “damaged” on the delivery note and notify us within 24 hours. We will refund the price of the wine or send a replacement.

Danube Wines will not be held responsible for whether the wine corresponds to the qualities which might be expected from its description. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at danubewines@gmail.com and send your item to: Unit 12, Westway Business Centre, Marksbury, BA2 9HN.

Shipping Your Return

To return your product, you should mail your product to: UNIT 12, Westway Business Centre , Marksbury, BA2 9HN

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

FORCE MAJURE

Danube Wines will not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
