Kadarka 2013

Vesztergombi Winery, Szekszard

Pronunciation: "Kah-dark-ah"

Winemaker: Csaba Vesztergombi
Region: Szekszard
Variety/Blend: Kadarka

Tasting Notes:

An easy drinking red wine made from authentic Hungarian grapes. It has a light to medium body but a big punch of flavour delivered from its light spices and red berry fruitiness, making this an interesting, complex and highly drinkable wine. The long finish is an indicator of its good quality.

Goes great with: Red meat in rich sauce, such as beef bourguignon, roast red meat or game, chicken with garlic, substantial "meaty" fish like salmon or tuna, rich lightly spiced oriental dishes.

ABV: 12.5%
